Final Verdict

Teen Titans Go! To the Movies is a surprisingly fun and sometimes hilarious comedy for kids and comic-lovers alike. It's a simple movie that never takes itself too seriously (or at all seriously) and yet feels really quite genuine. You really can tell that everyone involved had nothing but fun in making this movie, especially when it comes to sneaking in a bucketload of Easter eggs for comic nerds to find (52 News, La-Z-R-Us, the Green Lantern movie, the fact that Nicholas cage voices Superman, Tim Burton's Batman, the fictional movie Yawn of Justice), and some really absurdly hilarious jokes (a certain Lion King reference had me dying). It's fun, it's genuine, and it's a good movie for the whole family.
